Almost Wabi Sabi Exhibition
Boulangerie Bon Matin, 178 Tollington Park, London, N4 3AJ
Wabi is said to be defined as “rustic simplicity” or “understated elegance” with a focus on a less-is-more mentality. Sabi is translated to “taking pleasure in the imperfect.” The Japanese philosophy encourages us to focus on the blessings hiding in our daily lives, and celebrating the way things are rather than how they should be.
